Dave's background in HVAC began at West Virginia University where he graduated from the Mechanical Engineering Program. After graduating, he began working for Gunn & Pegelow in Chicago, Illinois. Dave spent three years successfully calling on engineering firms and contractors in Chicago, prior to joining Trane in Pittsburgh, PA. In Pittsburgh, Dave was assigned numerous engineering and contracting firms with the specific goal of increasing the ancillary product line sales. Dave continues to succeed at working closely with consulting engineers and property owners. Dave is also responsible for overseeing the finances of KASCAR HVAC Solutions, Inc.
Chad joined KASCAR in 2009 as the 3rd owner of the business. After graduating with a degree in Chemical Engineering from Penn State University, Chad started his career with Trane and completed the Trane Graduate Engineering program in Wisconsin. Chad has 17 years of experience in the HVAC Industry. Chad is responsible for calling on engineering firms and mechanical contractors. Chad also oversees KASCAR’s Estimating and Sales Divisions.
Joe spent 12 years at Trane Company after successfully completing the Trane Graduate Engineering program in La Crosse, Wisconsin. While at Trane, Joe was responsible for calling on engineering and contactor accounts, as well as owner accounts, specifically in the school market. Prior to joining Trane, he spent 7 years working for the Department of Defense where his responsibilities included software programming and data center construction service in support of military war gaming activities. Joe is now responsible for daily interactions with our JCI counterparts, as well as calling on mechanical contractor and engineering clients.
